Katarzyna Zaborska – PhD, psychologist and psychotherapist. She realised the importance of family therapy working with day patients at an adolescent psychiatric unit. Before dedicating her life to psychology she completed MA in architecture, during which time she started to be interested in improving creativity, and later how this creativity can be utilized in psychotherapy. She came across the Ericksonian approach which combines creativity and individuality in therapy. She studied Ericksonian approach at the Polish Ericksonian Institute and completed the advanced training at the M.H. Erickson Foundation in Phoenix, Arizona. She works as a therapists – individual and family as well as running workshops and groups. She is a teacher of psychotherapy at the Polish Ericksonian Institute.
