Have worked as an Associate Professor and Senior Consultant in Clinical Psychology until superannuation in the year 2002.
Areas of interest are Clinical hypnosis, Mental Health and Creativity, Projective Techniques, and Psychotherapy. Have supervised three doctoral theses and about twelve post-graduate dissertations in the above areas.
Life Member of the Indian Society for Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis (ISCEH), and– Life Member of the Indian Society for the Study of Pain (IASP-Indian Chapter).
Was the Organizing Secretary of “The VI National Congress of Hypnosis and Psychosomatic Medicine and the Pre-Congress Workshop on Hypnotherapy” on the occasion of the Society’s Silver Jubilee Year in 1997 in National Institute of Mental Health & Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore, India.
Ernest Rossi and Kathryn Rossi were kind enough to participate in the above Conference and Workshop.
Have participated in several Conferences held in Rome, Pisa, Vienna, Berlin, Adelaide, Prague, Kunming (China), Manila (Philippines), Singapore, Copenhagen and in India as well.
